Our team is looking for customer service Specialist who match the following job role:
- Genuine passion for animals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- 6 months to 1 year customer service experience.
- Ability to speak in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- Ability to work and transition during shifts/weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, and chat channels
- Provide detailed information about Dr. Paw products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ambitious, organized, detailed, results and customer-oriented individual, with a 'can-do' mindset and ready to learn on the job and take on challenges.
