HR Assistant & Front Desk | Mount Lavinia
Responsibilities.
- Communicate HR policies to employees & conduct organization development activities as per guidelines.
- Executing employee engagement activities & performance appraisal exercises in the organization. Attending employees labor issues & legal matters on time.
- Submit the HR progress report at the management meeting.
- Processing of payroll functions and overall HR Operations.
- Managing job sites, application tracking systems, HRM software.
- Attend to and manage reception duties and meeting room arrangements.
- Preparing job descriptions, interviewing, onboarding employees and offering appointment letters.
- Assist the Director in planning his calendar and follow up as when needed.
- Managing EPF | ETF.
- Prioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlines.
Requirements.
- Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in handling employee engagement including handling disciplinary inquiries.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Counseling & mentoring skills.
- Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
