HR Assistant & Front Desk | Mount Lavinia


Responsibilities.


  • Communicate HR policies to employees & conduct organization development activities as per guidelines.
  • Executing employee engagement activities & performance appraisal exercises in the organization. Attending employees labor issues & legal matters on time.
  • Submit the HR progress report at the management meeting.
  • Processing of payroll functions and overall HR Operations.
  • Managing job sites, application tracking systems, HRM software.
  • Attend to and manage reception duties and meeting room arrangements.
  • Preparing job descriptions, interviewing, onboarding employees and offering appointment letters.
  • Assist the Director in planning his calendar and follow up as when needed.
  • Managing EPF | ETF.
  • Prioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlines.


Requirements.


  • Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in handling employee engagement including handling disciplinary inquiries.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Counseling & mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
