Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing
Description
- Coordinate, implement and timely delivery of retail branding to ensure effectiveness of retail visibility.
- Gain a larger space in the retailer outlet with Dialog branding to maintain Dialogs #1 position in the marketplace, whilst driving Company's vision.
- Drive Dialog’s leadership position in every district across the country for retail branding.
- Enhance Outdoor Visibility to increase outlet visibility based on Location to dominate the competitive land scape in order to enhance outside of the shop’s visibility standards.
- Responsible to provide all relevant branding POSM, and other promotional materials as and when required.
- Responsible for seasonal branding of respective outlets based on seasonal promotional requirements as per brand strategy.
- Maximize effectiveness through best placement of Permanent and semi-permanent branding to capture larger eyeballs to drive notice ability.
- Ensure all branding activities are carried out at minimum cost whilst maintaining the standard quality for all Branding, merchandising and printing requirements.
- Monitor jobs and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing merchandise and POSM materials to respective regions.
- Drive & establish strong relationship with internal functions & other key external stakeholders in order to manage the production and delivery of materials.
- Monitor competitive activities on branding visibility and take proactive measures to increase brand visibility, notice ability at regional level.
The Person
- BSc in Marketing or Management
- 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Ability to handle communications constructively
