Administrative Coordinator
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication in English is a must and being able to communicate in Sinhala & Tamil is a plus
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Should be able to travel daily and willing to work in Kohuwala business location.
- Willing to join our team immediately.
Duites & Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Coordinate with students and parents in order to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
