Brand Executive
A pioneering diversified conglomerate and the market leader in the footwear industry invite application from qualified, results oriented, self-motivated and dynamic individuals for the above position.
JOB PROFILE
Assist to develop and implement brand plans in line with category strategy in order to increase brand market share, brand awareness, revenue and profitability by managing the marketing mix and developing new products or seeking new opportunities to achieve business goals.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Statistics from a recognized University / Institute Professional qualifications in CIM / CIMA and/or a MBA from a recognized University / Institute
- 02 - 03 years' experience in Sales / Marketing in FMCG / Retail
- Knowledge of leading edge marketing tools and services
- Active involvement in strategy creation/implementation / brand campaign
- Knowledge in preparing market reviews and conducting trend analysis
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills for timely decision making
- Knowledge in MS Office package (MS Excel/ MS Word/ MS Power Point)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential to effectively interact with all stakeholders
