We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Associate at our IT, Software, and Web Development company. As a growing company, we are seeking talented professionals with a strong background in sales to join our team.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Drive sales and business growth by attracting new clients and building strong relationships with them.

- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective strategies and promotional materials.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Resides in or around Colombo, Sri Lanka.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

- Excellent English writing and speaking skills are essential for effective communication.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work full-time onsite.
