ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Acting as an important link between the client and the senior management across shifts
- Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them
- Supervise and manage all activities relating to AP, Billing and GL activities
- Responsible for producing monthly financial and management reports
- Oversee and coordinate operational issues
- Responsible for the accuracy of jobs submitted to clients
- Manage teams across process and introduce initiatives for team development
QUALIFICATIONS
- Postgraduate in Finance or equivalent professional qualification (CA or ACCA, CIMA / MBA Finance)
- Technical know-how in MS Office Suite/Work experience in SAP ERP is essential
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years must be at a Team Lead managing more than 5 or 10 people
